On first listen i was a little disappointed, as it sounded more like a b-side or album track to me, but the more i play it, the better it gets. Plenty of piano and percussion, but missing that 'spark'. I think it's a little weak for a single, and can't see it being a big 'hit' - not that it's THAT important, but it would be nice to see 'em appear amongst all the dross...

Much, much better version - if this is the one that gets played on the radio, it will be a bigger success. Similar in musical style to their Pet Shop Boys remixes (especially Red Letter Day), but without the vocals being messed around. more uptempo, and sounds a lot better IMHO. It also has more lyrics than the other mix (not extra lyrics, but using verses again) which i liked as the first track has the repeating lyrics to fade from about 2:45 onwards.
